Successfully completed AMF investment exceeds target rate of 10% p.a. returning 17.14% p.a.
The Mortgage Investment offered a Target Income Return of 10% p.a. paid monthly and was secured by registered first mortgage over a block of land at Caroline Springs VIC at a Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) of 75%. The loan repaid on 5 June 2015.
The investment outperformed the target rate of return, achieving income of 17.14% p.a. vs. the Target Return of 10% p.a. This was due to the Borrower paying out the loan in full prior to the expiration of the minimum 12 month term.
